Carter Linsey will never trust anyone ever again. After being betrayed by his wife and committing a felony because of it, Carter starts his life over and concentrates on his successful bar, Levity. He refuses to date or even have meaningless sex, afraid it will lead to yet another lapse in judgment. But when sexy, now grown-up, redhead Alexi Dancic comes back into town and his life, he can’t resist the pull she has on him. When the thin thread of trust Alexi gains is snapped, Carter pushes her away, unwilling to have his world ripped from him- again. Knowing exactly the kind of devastating experiences the big bar owner has endured, Alexi refuses to let him go. But tearing down walls is so much harder than building them up.
Everyone loves Superman- especially now that he is being played by hot British actor Henry Cavill. Check out the recent interview I did with henrycavill.org and read how I used him as inspiration for my historical romance novel, THE DUCHESS’ RING.
How many people can say that they are in the thank yous of their favorite band’s debut album? … can text their favorite singer/guitarist/merch bro? Can jump in the van and have great conversations about life after the show? Eat dinner with the band before and after the show? Always get their name mentioned on stage? Are trusted enough to have things mailed to their house because of tour timing? I’m so lucky that I can have these experiences and am eternally grateful for them. I’m not bragging, it’s just crazy. How is this my life? I don’t care- I love it! I’m not a groupie, I’m a super fan. These guys are like my brothers and I want the best for them. I’ve seen them grow so much in the past several years. I just love them to pieces! What a fantastic night! https://www.facebook.com/conditionsband

I was trying to decide as to what my next project would be- writing a sequel to my House book or my Winner book (I tried once already, but it just wasn’t coming out right). I was leaning toward the House book since the first, The Appleton House, was so fun to write. Well, while plotting out the second book, the third and fourth came to mind. I even cast all three books.
